Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns are available for eligible U.S. orders only.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Non-U.S. orders are final sale.

Return Label Fee

For eligible U.S. orders under $200, a $6.99 return label fee applies. If your request is approved, a payment link for the return label fee will be sent before the return label is issued.

For eligible U.S. orders over $200, the return label fee is waived only if at least one item from the order is kept.
