U.S. Shipping Options

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days - Expedited Shipping:$49.99
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Outside U.S. Shipping
- Standard International Shipping:$79.00
Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days
Please note that non-U.S. orders are final sale due to international return shipping costs.
Returns
Return Window
We accept return requests for eligible U.S. orders within 7 days of delivery.
Return requests submitted after 7 days of delivery are not eligible.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Approved through our Returns Portal before being sent back
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
- Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Non-U.S. orders are final sale.
- Worn, washed, used, damaged, or tagless items cannot be accepted.
Return Label Fee
For eligible U.S. orders under $200, a $6.99 return label fee applies. If your return request is approved, we will send a payment link for the return label fee. Once the fee is paid, your return label will be emailed to you.
For eligible U.S. orders over $200, the return label fee is waived only if at least one item from the order is kept.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds or store credit are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 1–2 business days after delivery to our return address for inspection.
If the item does not meet our return requirements, the return may not be approved.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please submit a request through our Returns Portal. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Please use the same email address used at checkout and include your order number. Submitting a request does not automatically approve the return. Our team will review your order, delivery date, and item eligibility before sending return instructions.
